Kids will love these Peanut Butter Muffins bursting with sweet grape jam goodness. They are easy to grab, and each muffin packs 6 grams of protein!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅓ cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk (2%)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup Welch's Concord Grape Jam

Preparation

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the peanut butter mixing until crumbly. Add the milk, egg and oil and mix until just blended.
  3. Spoon the batter into 12 muffin cups lined with muffin wrappers. Using a squeeze bottle filled with Welch's Concord Grape Jam, squirt 1-tsp of jam. Repeat with remaining muffins.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 – 20 minutes until lightly browned. Serve warm or at room temperature.
